Jake - Stake Conference

Jake and his companion Elder Willis went to Monroe, Mississippi last week to attend Stake Conference. It takes them two hours to get from Greensville to Monroe. Elder Pose, an area Seventy, spoke at the conference. Afterwards they had a district meeting with all the missionaries from that area. *Jake is the tall one on the far right of the photo...in case your missed him.

It is so great to hear about Jake's experiences on his mission in Mississippi. He says it is still very hot (100 degrees) and humid down there. He was excited to wear shorts on Monday when they had their Preparation Day (P-day). Jake and his companion went to the Winterville Mounds Museum in Greensville and explored that area. He forgot his camera so he didn't have any pictures to send us.
